    Deliver your pitch

Once you have found the job for you, you need to prepare your CV and cover letter addressing the criteria in the job ad. Then, submit your application online by clicking “Apply for position” in the job ad. Once you have applied, you will receive a confirmation email via the email address you have provided.

Haven’t received your confirmation email? Please check your spam folder and, if it’s there, please mark it ‘Not spam’ so future messages from us are delivered directly to your inbox.
  • Give us time

    Give us time

Our experienced recruitment team review all applications carefully, and we will make every effort to provide you with a prompt response. Keeping candidates informed is a priority for us.

Upon reviewing your application, we may request a phone interview so we can learn more about you before scheduling a face-to-face interview.
  • Catch our eye

    Catch our eye

If you are invited for an interview, it means we see you as a promising fit for the open position. We normally divide the interview process into two stages: an initial interview and a final interview.

Initial interviews introduce you to the company, the potential role, and the department you are being considered for. Our focus is getting to know you both professionally and personally. You can expect to meet the hiring manager, a colleague from HR, a future co-worker, and/or a relevant stakeholder.

A short list of candidates that stand out will then be invited to complete an online assessment and a final interview. The hiring manager and someone from HR will attend the final interview. Afterwards, all elements of the recruitment process will be assessed to choose the best candidate for the job.

All interviewed candidates will receive verbal feedback.
  • Make your mark

    Make your mark

Once you have been offered a job, the onboarding process begins. We want to give you the best possible beginning to your new journey and make you feel welcome from day one, so you can make your mark.

Your new manager will create an Onboarding Plan to make sure everything is ready when you begin. On your first day and throughout your first month(s) at Uni-Tankers, several activities will be lined up for you so you can get to know your colleagues, our company, and our culture.

    Welcome aboard
